Several Thoughts About the Legislative of the Socil Assistance
Fund for the Traffic Accident

Abstract: Within the bylaw of the compulsory insurance of the third-party for vehicle, the legislators stipulate the system of the socil assistance fund for the traffic accident, but they don’t stipulate which deartment should be responsible for the operation and the supervision of the assistance fund.There still doesn't exist a pecific legislative to abide, therefore, this system hasn’t been put into practice effectively yet up to now. In this paper, the author will put up some proposals about the mode of the operation, the source of the fund, the scope of the assistance and the subrogation of the system about the socil assistance fund for the traffic accident, and hope to lead to the common concern of the colleagues in this line and to accelate the implement of this system.
